All the desalinator components are held together using T slot aluminum bars as they're lightweight, readily available, and adjustable. The modularity of the aluminum frame will allow changes to be made fairly easily.

The solar panel rests on a piece of laser-cut acrylic, itself supported by a set of hinges. This allows the solar panel to easily moved to allow access to the upper water chamber. The snap support holds the solar panel in place when closed. The next steps for this frame design consist mainly of brackets supporting the desalinator stacks on the vertical posts as well as a mounting solution for the upper and lower water chambers.
